What problem are we trying to solve

Most, if not all, charitable efforts towards poor of India have rendered themselves largely unusable solely because they have always attempted to address the symptom and not the cause.
While the symptom may go away momentarily. Chances of either the same symptom rearing its ugly head a few years later and/or a new symptom arising within the same set of people remain astronomically high; as such getting anyone out of the poverty without making them economically independent isn’t plausible.
This program aims to propose a solution to make afflicted and deserving poor of India economically independent and self-sufficient, so that they do not need any point-in-time charitable means to help their causes.
As such, it should be noted that any employment in Gulf should be deemed as a temporary solution, ONLY enacted to strengthen candidates economic bases within India.

Overview of Employment Opportunities Abroad

Approx. 781K Indians went to Gulf countries in search of a job in 2015. This number has been steadily declining ever since and only 334K Indians went to Gulf countries in search of a job in 2019.
The main reason for such a decline was depleting economic condition in Gulf countries (presumably because of low price of oil, civil unrest and a nationalist employment movement), as well as economic parity between India and Gulf countries.
Post Covid-19, there is a huge economic slump globally, and India’s employment market, like that of many developing countries, is affected adversely as well. Not only is there a scarcity of jobs, the conditions of employment have deteriorated over time as well. In these times of high unemployment and high inflation in India, it’s nearly impossible for blue collared workers to meet ends, leaving them no choice but to either rely on charities and/or other welfare schemes to fulfill basic financial needs.
Though these harsh economic conditions are likely stay for a while, the economic conditions in Gulf countries have improved considerably, thus creating a unique opportunity for skilled blue collar workers from India to seek employment in Gulf countries.
