360 Upliftment Program Registration Form
This form should be filled by all candidates interested in
prospective jobs via “360 Upliftment Program”, either within or
Terms and Conditions:
Filling out this form DOES NOT guarantee employment (a job).
It merely highlights a candidate's interest in participating
in a selection process, completing the required training, and
if selected, participating in the job interviews
After completion of the training, candidates are NOT bound to
accept offers of employment if they do not wish to. It should
be noted that there is no compulsion of any sort on any
candidate to accept the job offer. If the candidate does
accept the job offer, it will purely be based on their will.
360 Upliftment Program is ONLY a facilitator of the
candidate’s interviews. Candidate selection, job profile,
compensation, place of work etc, is a decision between the
candidate and the organization the candidate is applying to.
360 Upliftment Program is a not-for-profit program. Any
training, coaching and selection process arranged or provided
by “360 Upliftment Program” is completely free of cost to the
candidate. If there are any charges incurred with respect to
either aforementioned activities by the candidates, then they
must be reported immediately to authorities.
360 Upliftment Program’s responsibilities end with training
and submission of candidate profile to respective
organization’s HR department. 360 Upliftment Program will NOT
participate in any activity (such as document preparation,
salary, location negotiations, travel arrangements etc).
Candidates should do their own due diligence to ensure they
understand the conditions of employment.
For jobs abroad, candidates should be willing to work up to 2
years without returning to their home country (unless for
extreme emergencies). As such if they foresee any personal
important engagement that might already be lined up in the
upcoming 2 years, then they should refrain from applying.
Getting an offer letter DOES NOT guarantee any remuneration
and/or travel dates. It may be multiple months post job offer
before all formalities are complete (visa, air ticket, joining
date etc) before a candidate is asked to join the job.
Once abroad and on job, in case of any eventuality or mishap,
it is solely the responsibility of the candidate to sort the
matter with their employer. They will not involve any members
or partners of “360 Upliftment Program” into such matters.
It is imperative that the candidate seeks consent from their
families or legal guardians that the candidate is applying
willingly without any compulsion on them to accept the job

of submitting this form. Failure to provide any of the above
documents within the specified time may result in cancellation
of the registration.
